Rabble
Indeed a lot has happen. I missed my DA's first birthday by nearly an entire month! Wow, now that I look at it the more I realize that has changed.
First of all, I'm in college right now and literally so since I'm in the study hall typing on my laptop. This is my second quarter here, taking mostly history classes and one art.. I should take photos of them because they're much too big for the scanner. Just 2-D designs, mostly cut and paste. And now I have distinct disliking for cutting and pasting paper.
Still living in the same place, been here too long.. In that house, that is. But that will change soon for a month! I will most likely being going to Beijing, China in the summer for a travel-study course at Peking University.
There's a lot of international students here... I hear French, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish, as well as my native language of English.
Anyway, back on track... I'm really excited about going to China! I have only been to Canada and during August I may go to Mexico for a day, but this is China, going across the big pond called the Pacific Ocean. I'm learning a bit of Mandrin right now so I am not an idiot speaking English all the time asking where the bathroom is. So far I'm doing ok with it. If I am accepted, I will be in Beijing from late June to late July. Right now I'm waiting for my passport to come in. What I am hoping for is after this I can do some more international travel. My family has a bit of wanderlust in our blood. Dad will be going to the Bahammas during April for a few weeks. So this maybe a good thing; I would love to see Moscow, Russia + Vilinus, Lithuania (my family's country of origin), London, England + Westenbonden, Germany + Osaka, Japan + capitol of Peru, Peru + Rio, Brazil + Vinus, Italy + a million other places! Out of my own country I know the west coast and Florida. If any of my international buddies vist the USA, vist Seattle, Washington because it is one of the most friendliest cities (though we're ranked high for worst traffic). After visting Portland, OR + San Francisco, CA + Los Angeles, CA I can say this. Portland comes close, but Seattle is very nice.
Ekkk, almost 30min until class.
Anyway, that is a sort of long version of what has been happening with me.
[edit]Would of been posted sooner, but DA was having problems.[/edit]
Art Projects
None! I just got back on DA and now wondering what the heck I'm going to do. I would like to work on my million-try at a manga again, inspired recently by two friends, :littledemonkurai:, :ichigokitsune:.
Its going to be a fightclub-jack@ss science-fiction story. Right now its only three characters and I'm kinda got a main story in mind. Normally I'm fan of fantasy, however the idea fits better with Sci-fi. Lets hope that goes well.
Deviants I stalk
Uhh, I'll update this later.. Since class will be soon.
